Mr. & Mrs. Hood- July 25th 2009

What a amazing day Patrick and Amy had on their special day as Amy's father united them together as one. They married at Birch Meadow in Bloomfield CT. I was so excited to photograph this wedding, it was my first wedding since I had Ryan and I knew Amy and Patrick would be a great couple to photograph! J.R. was my partner in crime as we were clicking away on our cameras. Take a peak at what we captured! Though Im not sure If I can post all my fav's!

Dance Photos

After missing out on last year to get photos done, Valerie's mom decided she needed to get them done this year before her little girl get's too "old". They set up an appointment to come in, Dwayne would typicially take the photos, especially after just having a baby, but he was asked to go go play softball with one of his friends. I told him to call to be sure it was ok for me to take the photos, (deep down I wanted him to stay home) but when Sandy, said "can Sarah take photos? she would feel more comfortable if a women takes the photos than a man" Dwayne jumped for joy :) He was able to go play softball and not make me feel guilty that he was leaving!
So, with baby in one arm, and a camera in the other.. here are some shots we got!

Issac is ONE!

Its hard to believe that its almost been one year since little Issac has been born into this world! I met Justin back in high school, we were pretty good friends back then, and I'm glad to re-unite with him and his wonderful wife, Rachel. They came in to trust me with their maternity photographs, and as well as Holiday photos when Issac was 3 months old. 9 months have gone by, Now Issac will be celebrating his one incredible year of life. Here is a little photo I put together, of his shoot tonight!
